Birdhouse Skateboards is a U.S. brand founded in 1992 by Per Welinder and Tony Hawk. Tony Hawk is notably the first Thrasher Skater of the Year, a 12-time world champion, and the first skateboarder to land the 900. He famously landed the trick on a Birdhouse board at the 1999 X Games, cementing the brand’s place in skate history. Notable riders include Tony Hawk, Aaron “Jaws” Homoki, and Tom Schaar.
