ORDERS

How do I order a skateboard?
Add your products to the cart and complete checkout. All items show real-time stock. Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Swish, Klarna, and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Contact us immediately after ordering.

When do I receive confirmation?
Confirmation is sent when the order is packed. Check spam if not received.

SHIPPING

How fast is delivery in Sweden?
Orders ship weekdays at 14:30. Delivery is normally 1–2 working days (24–48 hours).

Do you ship to Finland, Denmark, and Europe?
Yes. We ship to Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and most European countries.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is sent by email after dispatch.

Is delivery to my door?
No. Orders are delivered to a local service point. Bring valid photo ID to collect your parcel.

What if I do not collect my package?
Parcels must be collected within 7 days. Uncollected shipments are returned to us by the carrier.

Uncollected parcels are subject to a 200 SEK fee.
This covers return shipping and handling costs in accordance with Swedish distance selling regulations.

The 200 SEK is deducted from the refund amount. If the refund does not cover the fee, the remaining balance may be invoiced.

If you will be away, contact us after ordering and we can delay shipment.

PRODUCTS

Do decks include trucks and wheels?
No. Decks are sold separately unless listed as a complete skateboard.

Do complete skateboards include bearings?
Yes. Completes include deck, griptape, trucks, wheels, bearings, and hardware.

Are bearings included with wheels?
No. Bearings are sold separately unless stated otherwise.

Can you assemble my skateboard?
Yes. Add the skateboard assembly service before checkout.

Can you apply griptape?
Yes. Add the griptape service before checkout.

What deck size should I choose?
7.25–7.4: extra small skaters
7.75–8.0: technical street
8.0–8.25: all-around
8.25+: transition and stability

What wheel hardness should I choose?
97a–103a: skateparks and smooth surfaces
88a–93a: rough ground and cruising

What colour is the stained veneer on my skateboard?
Top or bottom veneer colour may vary from product images. Manufacturers use assorted stains during production.

If you prefer a specific colour, write it in the checkout comments. We cannot guarantee availability.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Unused products may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Sale items are excluded.

What if my product is defective?
Contact us with photos and your order number. We handle claims according to Swedish consumer protection law.
