At Nordic we have tried the Bronson High Speed Ceremic Oil on many different kinds of bearings and found it to work perfectly. 1/2 a drop to 1 drop but not any more. Its hard to add 1/2 a drop so we usually spill 1/2 a drop on the bearing case and teh other half on the bearing. Then wipe the excess out off the bearings case.
