The ACE AF-1 Hollow 22 is designed to deliver maximum strength, reduced weight, and precise control. Featuring both a hollow axle and hollow kingpin, it is 8.6% lighter than the standard AF-1, giving a quicker, more responsive feel without sacrificing durability.

Manufactured using ACE’s proprietary casting process, the AF-1 achieves a 70% increase in aluminum structural integrity, making it one of the strongest cast trucks available. Built from premium AA 356.2 alloy with True T6 heat treatment, both the hanger and baseplate are engineered to withstand heavy impact while maintaining consistent performance.

The refined suspension system provides a cleaner, more controlled turning response, supported by a balanced bushing setup that delivers stability and rebound. Hand-poured 96a urethane pivot bushings improve responsiveness, while the combination of 91a top and 86a bottom bushings ensures smooth, predictable turns.

Oversized SAE 4140 steel axles eliminate bearing wobble and improve roll consistency, while precision machine-faced hanger ends ensure accurate bearing contact. The included axle re-threading system helps restore damaged threads and extend the lifespan of the truck.

With a hanger width of 5.2” (132mm) and a height of 2.1” (53mm), the AF-1 Hollow 22 provides a stable, responsive setup suited for both technical street skating and transition. The truck weighs 340g, offering a lightweight setup while maintaining strength and durability.
